I was in a similar situation last year. Being that I screwed up and it didn't work out, I'll give you the advise my sister gave me (and I didn't take), which is essentially that you should just draw a very clear line and say to her something like, "Hey, I think we should go out, if you get tired of this guy, gimme a call." After that, don't call her, don't initiate hanging out with her, don't pursue her. I'm not saying ignore her completely or stop being her friend, but don't go looking to spend time with her.

There's no guarantee this will work out in your favor, but in my experience, pursuing someone won't make her more likely to break up with her boyfriend for you, it really just wastes your time. If she's that into you, not hanging out with her much is probably more likely to make her realize that she'd rather be with you.
