All, here are just some of the changes I will bring to you:

-More or less constant moderation (I have no life)
-The immediate IP banning of this ufo_626 [censored]
-Limiting drunk posting to a three strikes and your out rules
-You will be given warnings on your first two drunk threads started and will be banned upon your third
-Immediate deletion and locking of "I am drunk" threads beyond the first one I see.
-The banning of EM2 within his next three threads started unless he does not post a graph
-Mandatory graph/hand histories when warranted (like every thread)
-BBV championships in four categories: BUSTO, Robusto!, table games and life.

EDIT: -Dealing with thread starters (1st offense-warning, 2nd-gay ass custom title, 3rd-ban) of bitch ass OOT type threads unless they have the potential go somewhere awesome (which is to say, all of them).
