Level 12 pvp? You mean rank 12? Rank 12 only has 3 epic items. You need HWL (rank 14)for for all epic weapons/armor but that won't get you an epic neck, trinkets, or rings. And obv, there are no legendary items from pvp.

I think you misunderstood the question... What do you do once you have all the best weaps and gear for your char and the highest pvp rank.

Same boring stuff all over again. You can top out in PVP gear but they always release new 40 man content (And new 25/15 in the expansion which will let you go from level 60-70). Currently for someone that got everything they could in mc then bwl then AQ + was rank 14 can go to the relatively new instance naxx.

No one has beaten all of naxx yet (so no one has all tier 3 epix) and no one has completed the legendary staff from naxx yet either. So there are still things to do for those that have 'everything' in the game.

Or maybe they don't raid. The only progression in this game is from raiding, which requires scheduling your life around certain raid times, or PvP, which requires you have no life.
