There's a big difference between [censored] banning someone who just posts in OOT vs someone who provides expert poker advice in other 2+2 forums. Banning the former has little impact outside of this forum, which [censored] has been given broad reign over. Banning the latter can provoke major outrage and be a significant detriment to the core forums of this site. I don't see how [censored] making poker posts or not has anything to do with that at all.

I'm off to bed. Cardo, I get what you're saying about the proper paths to message board respectability, and I think it's nice advice. My point is, who cares?

Edit: Diablo, ok good point. Anarcardo's use of itallics made it seem like her not being a player was a strike in and of itself, but I see now what he meant.

While I have to assume that means you have me on ignore (despite the fact that I said when you're not trolling you're a good poster), I also am guessing that means you DON'T have Anacardo on ignore.

I wonder if you'll actually respond to his post. It quite accurately sums up why you're so disliked. If you eased off the vitriol, you'd probably be well-liked in OOT. I mean, hell, look at Ed's mom, LittleOldLady. She seems to have a fair amount of opinions and views that run counter to "OOT culture" and yet many people consider her a fantastic poster. Further, a few respected posters (Clarkmeister springs to mind) have vouched for you being a cool person in real life. What is it about a message board that makes you so venomous?

As you know I've been on your side more often than not. I've been arguing against your ban in the mod forum. However, this post kinda underminds the points I'm trying to make. Being so quick to rile and to start slinging insults towards everybody just doesn't work in an environment like 2p2.

"OK, well I have an announcement for Censored and the mod crew. You all have your jobs as mods because you agreed to work for free."

I'm not even sure what this post means. We're all well aware of this, and I'm not sure how it speaks ill of what we do.
