Can someone explain why anyone would want to sell these W$/T$? Unless you're never gonna play a Stars tournament again and quit poker, why not just use them at 100% of their value? I must be missing something.

Selling T$ is just plain stupid in my opinion.

Selling W$ may be a reasonable idea just because so few tournaments allow you to register with W$, and for some players, the $16 DS's etc. may not be worth their time, and if they win extra WSOP packages, all they get are more W$, and eventually(assuming they are a winning player) these W$ will never really convert to cash.

So eventually, they will just have too many W$ to have use for and need to sell them.

I think this is why, but I am kind of unsure too, I can assure that I would never sell W$, especially if I only had like 160 or 650.

That in mind, I'm interested in buying T$, pm me if selling.
