The NFL has more issues with rules than anything I've seen in the World Cup so don't get me started on that...and my interest in the NFL is slowly waning the more I watch...

I have given up on justifying things here, cos its the rules will be my response as all the stuff has been done to death. All the players know that if they foul in the box its a penalty and should act accordingly.
