I'm a "creepy old guy" completely out of touch with popular youth culture (never watched American Idol or Survivor or Lost) but I predict that boxed wine will be increasingly popular among college kids and bargain hunters in a few years (when I was young college kids pinched pennies, boy things have changed).

Anyway, it will be a while before I post a complete review but top value/taste so far seems to be the $16 per 3 liter box from Target. GF loves the Chardonnay, thinks its as good as the $10 per 750ml bottle stuff shy used to like. Stays fresh for a month in the bladder and fits perfectly on lower shelf of fridge. Cool thing is when the bladder is almost empty you tear up the box and squeeze/pour from what ends up looking like a catheter bag (or blood unit if drinking Merlot).

For hard liquor I like vodka martinis, Skye seems to be the best bang for the buck quality brand if you buy for the home, Ketel One is good ordered out.

1. 1 Shot of Amaretto makes cheap beer taste like Dr. Pepper. Delicious.

2. Expensive- Equal parts Hennessy and Hpnotiq= Incredible Hulk, Cheap- Green Apple Bacardi and Sprite.
