Last 20 games the Sox have given up 100 runs. 71 in their last 12.

They need to get their pitching back. Wake has been atrocious. Matsuzaka and Schilling have been terribly inconsistent. The only guy they've been able to truly count on is a continuous threat to land on the DL.

I know, 36-17. Stop whining, but they won't go deep in the playoffs giving up 5 runs a game.

Its the same thing from wake every year. One good month.. then one month of suck. I'm not sure if you look at the season as a whole if he will even be better than Tavarez.

Also the lineup should be lugo, pedroia, ortiz, manny, youk, lowell, drew, tek, cocoa.
