"no, you are wrong i just checked the 100nl section and there are 70 nonmonster tables."

I dont think you should bother counting the tables where the avg pot is under $15. I only counted 21 tables (I think 7 were full ring) where the avg pot is worth playing at.

true, but im just saying if they kept the monster tables in the monster section. then everything would pretty much go back to normal. But that other dude was saying that it wouldnt matter. And I think it would. Because not very many people would play the monster tables.

Does anyone know if you win a entry to 1 tournament by playing on the cash games and then win another entry right after?

What happens if you right after win ANOTHER seat. Can you enter 2 tournaments? or do you have to use your first entry to be enable to win again?

If you win 5 entries in a short block of time, you can use them to enter 5 monster freerolls of your choosing. One of the snippets on Party's site says "If you win 32 entries in the first week, you could then register for all 32 of the weekly freerolls!"

"The top 100 finishers of each PartyPoker.com $100,000 Monster Weekly freeroll will win an entry into a PartyPoker.com $1 Million Monster Monthly freeroll."

"There will be 32 $100,000 Monster Weekly Freerolls. The top 2,000 players from each tournament will advance to the $1 Million Monster Monthly Freeroll."

confusing

[/ QUOTE ]

Seriously, I'm still trying to understand everything here....

So there are weekly freerolls. And you get into those by being at the table when the jackpot is hit. And if you place in the top 2000 then you go to the monthly freerolls. And if you place in the top 1000 then you win your way into the big one....is that right?

Party is only too happy to see 2+2ers leave. These emails serve no purpose.

[/ QUOTE ]

So instead of having a bunch of high-volume, consistent players, they'd rather have a bunch of players who suck and go bust really fast and don't stick around. I don't see any reason why they'd either like to have us stay or leave. The fish are going broke either way. Its just piss-poor customer service if this thing takes over like it looks like it might.

[/ QUOTE ]I would think that any company would care about each and every customer.

They asked for my account info yada yada yada and when I gave it to them, the dude wrote it in wrong and tells me that my info "doesn't match."

I decided to waste no time and told him that my info doesn't matter, I just wanted to let him know that this "monster" crap was the last straw. I told him that their software was already bad enough, but that I put up with it because of the player base. This new addition was too much, though, and I'm taking my money and rake contributions (over 10,000 in the last year) to PokerStars. The dude was silent and I hung up on that [censored].

[/ QUOTE ]

So you're pissed at the corporate heads who decided to do this, so you took it all out on some minimum wage employee who is just doing his job. As someone who has worked in several service industries(waiter, cable company, etc.), this bothers me.

Gildwulf,

There is almost no way anyone who recieves that will understand what you're talking about.

I just got this back from [email protected] after sending them a short email bitching about the Monster promo.

Decipher this:

i think i'm going to fulltilt and cryptos now.

however if no 2+2er plays the monster tables because of the rake, that = pwnage time and the high rake maybe justified...

[/ QUOTE ]

even if no 2+2er plays at the monster tables it still isnt worth it. The rake is just too high to beat no matter how bad the other players are..

[/ QUOTE ]

The rake at B&M cardrooms with way worse then what party has now, and people still make a killing because the players are so bad. At a certain point, more fish over come the rake increase.

[/ QUOTE ]This is exactly what I was thinking as I was reading through the first few pages of this thread.
