Off-topic story, since I don't have a WW game to post in...

On Friday, I'm doing some training for the new guy. I mention that November & December are our busiest months, buy a lot. He says, with a perfectly straight face "So, if it's really busy, do we get bonuses for getting our work done on time?".

Now, just to make sure I'm not crazy... does anybody, anywhere, get a bonus for doing their job? Even when it's really busy?

The answer to your question is yes - I get them 4 times a year (my company has scheduled quarterly bonuses). The new guy you mention, however, sounds like a grade A moran for asking that question because it's really dumb and makes him sound like a tool

It should be noted: He looked stunned when I said no.

When I used to work at Rally's, sometimes they would let us have a free milkshake after a busy summer Saturday afternoon when the AC was broken.

Oh, we get a yearly bonus. I guess I'm thinking about non-scheduled bonuses for "exceptional performance"... except that it's totally normal, expected performance.

Yeah - that's the part I was saying was toolish - I was just answering your question a little too literally.
