Some will say they need a post presence but I think they just need a true star. Maybe Deng will develop into one? I dunno. Either way I think that will be the difference in this series, the Pistons experience will show down the stretch. Pistons in 7.

all i can say is that i'm so glad the bulls didn't trade deng for a spanish dude.

Gasol for Gordon and whoever else it was (PJ Brown, right?) would win them the east

All I can say is that Deng is not going to have nearly as much fun with Prince guarding him.

Memphis didn't want Gordon, they wanted Deng. The trade would have been Deng, Knicks #1, PJ Brown for the expiring contract, and I think even Tyrus too. That's a lot to give up for a guy who probably wouldn't push you over that championship brink. At best the Bulls would be good enough to get smoked in the Finals at that point.

I read some Jazz fan blogs about the AK47 situation.. popular opinion is it's Sloan's fault. He's trying too hard to create Stockton and Malone 2.0 and he's under utilizing AK's unique talent. I tend to agree. He doesn't seem to thrive in that structured system.

Deron to Boozer has such a nice ring to it

sloan needs to realize yuo need 3 all star calibre players tho for a title, and AK can be that guy...

I love Charles Barkely. And lol @ Okur, he was invisible in games 1-3. Gotta love 7 footers who have no post up game and stand around the 3 pt line looking to shoot the j.

Bruce Willis seems pretty hammered on the sidelined.. He just said " yippiekiyay motherf*cker* on live Canadian TV.. That's like the highlight of the Nets/Raps game

[/ QUOTE ]

Haha that was great! I was watching it and totally missed it. Bruce was slurring his words and then Swirksy had to appologize for the language. Haha! too many sodas for Bruce Willis.
