Doesn't seem like it would be a problem to me. There's a slight difference though: ZJ is a cheater by DEFINITION. As a matter of FACT. It's harder to have concrete evidence that someone is an overall bad player (even isolated incidents of bad plays, or many examples wouldn't prove it).

Justin, a message to you: I agree with El Diablo's assesment that you are a good kid at heart, and like I've said elswehere I don't really care to comment on the ethics at hand, but your response speaks to a much larger sense of depseration.

You indavertantly hit the core reason for why you did what you did (and why, as GotMilk mentioned, you felt okay "subveting" the name-change policy on Party--and told everyone about it on your website): Pure greed.

My advise to you is to take some time off from poker, get some stuff straight in your head, because there is so much more to life than money, poker, and the relentless pursuit of both. Your response is irrational and reflects both a lack of understanding of human nature, and a plain ignorance of the way your behavior was perceived.

You need to swallow your pride and truly realize how you f'd up and that this won't be an easy thing to recover from. Then people may begin to forgive you. Dutch Boyd would be much better off in the poker world today if he had just said "I f'd up. Sorry."

You need to get out there in the real world (away from your website, your online poker friends) and realize that the only thing that there is only one thing that this poker money is good for--freedom--and, it seems, if you don't take advantage of it soon, you are going to wind up a prisoner of your own greed.

Yes but he did say that what he did was "wrong". Anyway we are just arguing semantics. I believe that the post that ZJ made was really not good, and there are many reasons to attack it, and justifiably so.
