The grand jury is still empaneled, you know. There could still be an indictment. So when you say "the feds haven't even been able to secure an indictment," shouldn't you add "yet" to the end of that?

It's also obvious to anyone who pays attention that there would already have been an indictment if Greg Anderson hadn't decided to rot in jail instead of testify.

Hey, I'm not the one making the assertion that his record is "tainted." The record is the record. If you want to dispute it, you are the one who has to provide the evidence, chief.

Edit--Also, I'm not claiming that Bonds is "clean." I don't know. I'm claiming I don't give a [censored] if he is or not. It makes no difference. "Cheating" has been a part of baseball for over 100 years. So what?
