I confirmed with C/S Chat that my ID is ok. She said they want to confirm your birthdate and that you are who you say you are. Besides, my new address (that I registered at Mansion with) is in the same state the my drivers license is clearly issued by. I'm guessing that if they had any residency concerns, they would probably be about what country you lived in. In any case, I have a chat transcript confirming that my bet and my ID are both ok.

Where's my friggin Neteller EFT deposit?! I'm trying to place this wager but Neteller is taking their sweet time with my EFT. Submitted request on the 29th, money already taken from my checking account and still has not arrived in Neteller. Ironically, I cashed out $1250.00 from Neteller to pay for my new HDTV the day before I heard about this promotion. Oh well, hopefully I will be able to get this done in time.

So the toll free US number magically disappeared as soon as I needed to call them. I called internationally and waited on hold for 15 minutes before the phone started ringing -- they never picked up.

So I just dropped $30 on a useless phone call.
