I just hope that one day FTP do not freeze any of your accounts and then accuse you of fraud because quite simply you cannot dispute what is happening. Period. No one knows if eric is telling the truth or if FTP is telling the truth because basically it is between those two parties, but What if eric had unwittingly been involved just by playing the poker? I do think eric story is a little fishy, but what is to say the information Doug recieved was correct? How do you guys know???? What if a mistake was made, they realised, but it was too late to back-track? You are very quick to believe what you want and that is fine, but also a little nieve.People are saying that they are happy with the way FTP dealt with the situation, but I think they have quite a lot of improvement needed in dealing with matters like this. All we keep getting on here is hearsay after hearsay we will never know anything for a fact unless some evidence is seen. I think all that is left to say is that, regardless whether you were innocent or guilty eric you have lost $14k and very few will seem to want to believe an individual over a corporate outfit and that is why they will always win.

As I said if you people wanna beleive the words of the all mighty Ftp that is fine, If I really did defraud the site why the hell am I still wasting my time here? So beleive what you wanna beleive, maybe 1 day when your account is frozen for 2 1/2 months you will come here crying as well and people will call you a fraudster, a scamster, etc, etc. And what a suprise 0 response from the Kawakee commision.

When one person with more than zero posts, that a few 2p2ers maybe actually know, comes on here with the same problem, and remembers some DETAILS from their story, it will be a different animal.

Obviously in this situation it could be argued one way or another without any sucessfull outcome. The facts are though, this forum is for poker community to assist each other in the time of need, not to abuse each other, someone earlier made a statement that eric was abusive, although he is making alot of mistakes, I am pretty sure most people are not english majors on here. Also he is by far more courtious than a lot of idiots who post completely idiotic coments. Second of all there are thousands of people who take shots so him depositing $ 600 and running it up to $ 14 shouldn't surprise anyone or be assumed in an arguement that someone dumped chips to him. Also it is pretty stupid to dump chips in a limit game, from what I understand he played high limit games, it is possible but very hard especially at a full game (unless ofcourse everyone at the table would be dumping). Thus HH would definitely proof everything. In limit chip dumping has to be obvious, otherwise it is impossible to detect, because so many idiots play limit who would do stranger things than chip dumpers.
Why other sites don't have posts that they steal anything from people money or hampsters ????

I pesonally got banned from Full Tilt and for no reason whatsoever, fortunatelly I didn't have any money in there.

Although it does look that Eric is guitly reading his posts, the only reason I would give him any benifit of the doubt is that to pull an operation like that you would need to be a leader, and have 7 people who are obvously not "angels", have full trust in you. You also have to be very very smart induvidual with great planning skills, and organize this very well, having 7 people playing at the same time, 7 phones with each person to make it look reallistic. Eric Jones just doesnt strike me like that induviudal.
I want to see those HH too, but I know too well, Full Tilt doesnt respond to emails can I have my money please, so chances are we won't get HH either.
HH will definitely show if they siezure of the funds was proper or not in this situation

Also if they used messangers instead of phones, you can definitely see the time it took for people to react, I don't know if they store that kind of information or not though

I can't believe I read through this entire thread ! Took me 3 frickin hours! Even still, I can't make a definite conclusion on who is in the wrong here. Although I do have my suspicions against the OP (i.e. the repeated comments of not "really" caring if he gets his $14k back just as long as FTP can give him an explanation is suspect - if OP is so persistent shouldn't he be accentuating the money? I just don't see it come up that often enough in his posts)

Also,

Why do you edit all of your posts? I'm still trying to figure this out.

I'm assuming he does this to check for any freudian slips that may compromise his whole case. Just a thought.
