FYI, i sent ID in yesterday and i was able to withdraw just now. So if you sent yours in after the game, you might be able to withdraw now as well. Worth a try. I wanted to get mine out before they started investigating individual accounts.

How is everybody contacting CS?
I sent in my documents 2 days ago and they still haven't been processed. Live chat doesn't work for me and there's no US number to contact them it looks like.

Drawing attention to your account or a bonus scheme is -EV, as can be seen from Wacken's inane blunder.
