Wait... so what is important? The ability to win coinflips?

Hey ... don't get too frisky here

But jokes aside, the number one thing in sngs is perfecting your latestage push/fold game. ICM baby !! ..... ICM !!!

Ah. I was thinking ICBMs for some reason. But I was thinking more about MTTs; at least that's what comes to mind when you say donkaments.

But I am sure tourney/sng players have one skill over cash game players- The ability to not go insane after bubbling nonstop. I assume a lot of cash game players go "OMG WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!" after playing a donkament.

ICBM? as in trident style ICBM?

Well, I'm American and the best way to solve problems is to bomb everything obv.

But on the other hand, the only money I've ever won off poker was from donkaments. sooo....

Well, In my poker career Ive probably played about 800-1000 SnG's. And I can assure you, nothing teaches you more about variance than the plays that are made on the bubble. I think playing so many SnG's has really made me immume for most bad beats in cash games. Which is probably why I dont tilt to bad beats anymore.

MT Donkaments ARE the reason I tilt so much.....

Nothing beats the joy of getting AI totally dominating late in a tourney and losing to some horse [censored] and bye bye big money. I remember ever time I was AI I used to stand up and start rooting for cards.

I don't think I've completely kicked the habit of my fishy days when I didn't take poker that seriously.
