O.K. another I-suck-at-owning-a-car question:

I've never had a car here in the arctic North before (it is currently 8 degrees out, -8 with windchill), and don't really know what I should be doing to get it ready for winter.

I've already observed that the window-wash sprayers don't work (I assume this is because the liquid is frozen), and I've been told I need to get antifreeze for this. When I do get that, what should I do with it? Just pour it in the window-wash fluid opening?

Is there other stuff I should be doing or be aware of?

Thanks ya'll.

Oh look, my bluff didn't work, better raise. Oh look, still not working, better raise. He calls anyway and I'm surprised that the T didn't hit.

They make -40C windshield washer fluid with the antifreeze like stuff already in it. I've never heard of pouring actual antifreeze into it straight. That's probably not a good thing for your car or the environment. Where are you in the north? Be prepared for square tires.
