I worked at subway for 2 years. The amount of meat on each sandwich should be exactly the same at every shop. For all normal meats it's 3 slices per 6 inch, for Spicy Itallian meats it's a 5+5 or 10 of one, for meatball it's 3 balls per 6 inch, for steak/chicken it's 3oz diced/breast per 6 inch.

I hate to hijack this post back to the OP's question, because I think that the responses are much more fulfilling than any real answer, but there was a lengthy discussion about this isn MHNL a month or two ago I think. It had to deal with how it seemed so unlikely that online pros who play super high stakes could learn to beat the game without learning from a group mentality. It was complete nonsense then, and its complete nonsense now. =]=] End seriousness!
