Carnivale lasted 2 seasons and it's coming back for at least a 3rd. My submission to this topic is "The Secret Diary of Desmond Pfeiffer"

Some good shows have been mentioned...Undeclared and Freaks and Geeks both still deserve to be on TV. So does Boomtown. One that hasn't been mentioned is Andy Richter Controls the Universe which was absolutely hilarious and lasted for no more than 1.5 seasons.

I would say Playmakers, however I haven't seen most of these shows because they were so short lived.

Another one that just came to my mind, it may have been two seasons, but was pretty funny in my opinion was Clone High.
