Nah, those tastes are both too overwhelming. I'm not a big fan of chocolate, but I am crazy for cheese. But I don't think cheese makes everything better. I wouldn't want cheese in my clam chowder, on a piece of cold chicken, on certain vegetarian sandwiches, on sushi, on top of some kimchi, on most fish dishes, etc. That said, I can eat big chunks of cheese all by themselves and be happy. I'm a crazed cheese fan. But not on everything.
Chocolate - like I said, not that big of a fan. I wouldn't want it on pecan pie, strawberry ice cream, a fruit pie or tart, etc etc. |
