They certainly have that record, so, if they can see my raked hands (which, interestingly, is w/in 20 hands of my PT records), why can't they just give it to me? The world may never know, but they'll get another e-mail the 17th if I haven't been paid yet.

So I email party about the 2nd bonus that I think I have cleared by a wide margain already. I get this response:
"I see from our records that for the 2nd stage bonus you have already played the required amount of raked hands and the bonus amount for the same would be added by the end of the day i.e., by 13-03-2006." 13th comes and goes, no bonus. So I email again, only to get this response: "I would like to inform you that you have not completed playing raked hands for the second bonus. " Fantastic! So I dropped the PS bomb and waiting for their response. BS. Does nobody have a count of these mysterious raked hands? Is it that tough?

As of last night I had played 2700 hands at the $100 PLO since the issuance of my first bonus. Traditionally Im looking at at least 2200 if not more raked hands from 2700 played hands at this level of PLO.
I have received no second bonus nor have I sent any e-mails.

I am a Blue member util the update 3/31 and they don't answer any of my emails. I must have sent about 20 emails over the last 6 weeks and have never got a response from:
[email protected] [email protected] [email protected] I just want my dang 2nd bonus money!!

[/ QUOTE ] I'm also a blue member, non-VIP. Today I got a response from an e-mail I sent on saturday from a VIP rep, that said if I had any more questions to e-mail vip@party... I haven't even played enough to get a VIP offer yet. Kind of strange.

FWIW, my understanding has always been that Party raked hand = any hand that was raked while you were active at the table [/ QUOTE ] A raked hand(no Limit) is for each player at the table there has to be a penny raked. All this means is that at a full table the rake has to reach a dime. If there is not much action at the table and the pot is less than $2 only five cents is raked. If there are only five people at the table then the five scent rake counts(1cent for five players) If there are six or more then the rake has to be ten cents. This dosn't mean you have to contribute,it just means that the players left have to bet enough to generate a proper rake.
