Write - equity between players is neither created nor destroyed, only transferred among remaining players. And with no outside blinds or antes two players going all in will never increase their combined total equity - only decrease.
And then you draw some vertical bar charts with a 1000 lb. weight squashing a stack and some arrows that show how that players equity gets transferred out to the player that beat him (but not all of it) and the other players at the table. Show like a $20, $25, $45, and $55 stack and show how when the $45 and $55 stack go at it the winner never ends up with a $100 stack.
It's pretty newbish in theory but it'd be a good way to visualize equity transfers on the bubble for newbies.
