Two major upsets in the diamonds bracket. Phil Ivey taken down by Chad Brown, and high-stakes blackjack player Ernie Dureck beats Scotty Nguyen.

Annie Duke had a 3:1 chip lead over Mike Sexton, but now it is Sexton with the 3:1 advantage.

Title: Sean Sheikan Hits Quads
Log: Gus Hansen and Sean Sheikan are all in with the board reading 10-10-8-8-8. Hansen flips over 10-6 for tens full of eights but Sheikan shows 9-8 for quad eights. Sheikan doubles up.

[/ QUOTE ]

WOW. Sheik had 3% on the flop, and 2% on the turn to win. Thats so cold. Then Gus busts on top pair + nut flush draw. Sad. 95 times out of 100 Gus would pwn sheik.

On a flop of 8-6-3 rainbow, Annie Duke moves all in and is called by Mike Sexton. Sexton shows J-6 for a pair of sixes but Duke flips over 8-7 for a pair of eights. However the turn is another six giving Sexton trips. The river adds insult to injury for Duke as it's another six giving Mike Sexton quads. Annie Duke is eliminated.

Runner-runner quads. Nice
