I believe that (b) is more likely. [/ QUOTE ] You're not making any sense. So you think it IS possible for any player to leave a table and rejoin with less money? This isn't true. FACT if you leave a table and try to rejoin it immediately with less money, you can't. He found a way to do it, as I said I suspect through selecting to join "any" table at this limit rather than the particular one. There must be a bug in the software which forgets to identify that he just left the table with more money. So he is exploiting a bug in the software.

This isn't true [/ QUOTE ] well, obviously your opponent found it possible. your whole contention is based upon your belief that the software stops you from rejoining such a table under such conditions. yet, your belief is made obviously wrong because to commit the crime the other player must have rejoined such a table under such conditions.

[/ QUOTE ] It isn't possible using the software as it is intended to be used. There may be a backdoor way which a player can exploit. Support did take me seriously and said the poker team were investigating, etc. CDPoker said they would suspend his account immediately, until they realised he wasn't one of their players.
