This is just another good example of a situation where you should be allowed to create a new account to rid it of the original affiliate. No way should an affiliate like this continue to make money off these people if he chooses to stop paying them.

He gave you guys a higher % than anyone else, and most of you ditched other affiliates to take advantage of his offer. He isnt screwing you any more than you screwed your previous affiliates.

NL, it is time for you to release Buster's nutsack from your fond caress.

I think an email along the lines of "My affiliate made me sign up for xx% per month rakeback and now he's not paying me, Im going to go to <whatever you can think of> and tell everyone that your site is crooked" to Empire support from all of his clients should soon get things changed.

He may yet pay of course, so sending that stuff at this time would be bad, but that's what I would do at the point where I was sure I was getting no money.

Are the people who are defending this guy serious? I am guessing they are just trying to get a rise out of people.

I am unsure of the magnitude of this. If he ends up following through with his plan and keeping the money, could he be ranked right up there with Boyd as the poster boy for scumbags?

rakeback works like this. money in > money out. always. his tiers at empire are locked in. he gets XX%. and pays out 30%. he is always making more then he is paying out, unequivocably. he is trying to pull a fast one by this lame post. he clearly didnt realize, that some of us on here have 'forgotten more about the affiliate business then he will ever know'-someone flamed me with that one back in the day, it was deserved

NL, i recall helping you out in the past and trying to establish some working relationships, why have you been so quick to jump down my throat or anyone associated with my sites? and why on earth would you defend an affilaite who clearly is a rogue???

I bet an email that said that minus the part about saying everything is rigged would work. Just say that you would rather have empire poker get the money instead of the affiliate who lied to you. If I were in that situation that is what I would do.
