I hate to admit it now, but when I used to watch Lebron's high school games on ESPN all I could think was how he was dominating a bunch of small white kids and he never made a jumper. I thought the League would chew him up at least for the first few years. LOL.

He will prob average 12-15 pts with starters minutes.

[/ QUOTE ]

Anybody can average 12-15 ppg with a starter's minutes. (Except perhaps Ben Wallace.)

I thought Ed O'Bannon was a guaranteed HOFer.

My lifetime credibility was blown with Deron Williams. I love the Illini, I watched 90% of his college games, and I even went to a practice when they were playing in Vegas. After three years of observation, my feeling was that he didn't have the fast-twitch athleticism or the fire to make it big in the NBA. I was wrong, wrong, wrong.

I thought Tayshaun Prince would suck balls in the NBA.

Redick is an A+ shooter and he's only been in the league 1 year.

He won't ever be an all-star, but he could be a quality contributer and a 12ppg scorer in the right situation.

[/ QUOTE ]

Trajan Langdon was an A+ shooter, too. He just had better teammates than JJ. They'll have similar careers.

[/ QUOTE ]

That is absurd.

Langdon was not even close to the kind of shooter that Redick is, and Redick is a much better athlete than Langdon.

Langdon is the slowest guard to start for Duke since I have been watching (1986), with the possible exception of Greg Koubek.

JJ will be better next year with a new coach. Brian Hill doesn't develop players nor give them a chance.

I was terribly disapointed when the Cowboys used their #1 draft choice on a QB from the naval academy knowing he couldn't play for 2 years due to his navy commitment. The QB? Roger Staubach

Wasn't he drafted in Round 10?

I compared him to Ray Allen or Rip Hamilton.
