I played a couple hours of triple draw tonight and points were accumulating by the normal, dealt method, the same way they've been since last summer. So this may still be a multitabling thing or just a holdem issue, but it's clearly not an across-the-board policy change.

One table is giving "dealt in" points, the other only "contributed" points.

The update has been released. And hand histories (at least those for cash games) seem to have been fixed since some time last night.

Hand histories worked ok for me.
ALL tables giving UB pts only when you've contributed to the pot. For most players, expect to take about 4 or 5 times as long to clear any bonus, and get 25% of the Pts you are used to for the Pts to Cash promo.

What's the over/under on the percentage of traffic UB loses this week? 30%?

When they did similiar restructuring of bonuses with Absolute the player base actually went higher after a dip in the first couple days...
