1.) Its been said before, but you do a great job on these threads

2.) Taken as a whole, the second part of the season has been very, very good. I'm amazed as their ability to advance the plot while still keep the mystery of the show.(yes that will create nutso responses) The flash backs have been mediocre, with the obvious exception of Desmond's.

3.) The greatest mystery is the pronunciation of your screen name. Grandma stabone, Grand masta bone, or Grandma stab one. You know lost viewers in this thread demand answers every week.

[/ QUOTE ]

Grandma Stabone was Boner Stabone's grandmother on Growing Pains.

Great episode.

It seemed that Juliette disarmed Sawyer and Sayid too easily though. We already know that Locke has a clue about Sawyer, and Sayid's history is known.

I think Juliette is double crossing Ben.

Jack saw how much she wanted to leave the island. Don't we think that if the Sub is gone, and she can't leave, her next best option would be to leave the others and join the losties?

Perhaps she knows this is the only way she can.

[/ QUOTE ]

Conversely, She may not be double-crossing Ben, but Jack may be levelling her to get information.

Also, another big reveal was showing us how the others had contact with the outside world, and at least partially explains how they had "detailed files" on all of the losties.

[/ QUOTE ]

I found this interesting/important as well. Of course, they know the smallest little details about their lives, i.e. Sawyer killing that innocent man with no one within miles.

yeah jack sucks lately, not that he was ever one of my favorites.

this ep was "very good" but not mind blowing like canadians (arghgh!) were building it up to be. certainly not the best episode of the season.

very good though!! this is not a complaint!

There has been a lot of discussion around the 'black hole' theory, lost in space & time, mittelos=lost time, etc.

I thought it was interesting that by seeing Juliette's sister and child, we learnt that time is elapsing in the outside world. It is not a Lion, Witch & wardrobe scenario, where you return and no time has passed.

We learnt the extent of the Others surveillance, the purpose of Juliette's work on the island, and that we can expect Juliette to be extracted or the Others to reappear in a week.

Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Have you seen what passes as Canadian content? We're easily amused. Sue me. I loved it.

I doubt Jack is leveling anyone. I think they chose Juliette due to her demeanor as well as her physical resemblance to Jack's ex-wife.

I'm on the "Juliette is leveling Ben" side, but as we all know YOU CAN'T LEVEL BEN.

It was decent. But nothing AMAZING!! Supposedly tons of secrets revealed. Only one I caught was how Juliet is clearly a spy.

[/ QUOTE ]

How bout that chip implanted in Claire that was set to go off and make her sick??

How bout the fact that we find out how precisely Juliette got to this island??

How bout that fantastic body Juliette has when naked?!?!

Among other things

Also, the cameraman who was filming Juliet's sister, cant remember his name, was told by Ben to "get back to the island asap cause we might have visitors." Which is another big reveal, which shows that not only was travel to and from the island going on only a little while ago (though juliet was prohibited apparently), but that it was quick (get here asap) and not unusual.

Oh and I've never thought Juliet was all that hot before, but GOD DAMN her titties looked amazing.
