Still waiting on a check that was changed to bank wire. Over 2 month. I don't care how much the software improves if I can't cashout. I know it looks like epass is working, but a bunch of us are waiting on withdrawls that were made before epass was an option.

When I requested cashout in early February I figured I would have it in plenty of time for my vacation in June. Begining to wonder....

The games are soft BUT

- the software is slow and buggy. most of the bugs are minor but some are VERY irritating. for example, now and then when you try to rebuy at one of your tables the software freezes for what seems like about 30 seconds, timing you out not just at that table but at all your other tables as well. it's been about 3 months since i noticed this major bug for the first time and they still haven't fixed it.
- customer support gives the impression of being dishonest and incompetent. it took me a half-dozen emails and about 5 weeks to get them to send me a t-shirt i ordered from the shop. They kept lying to me about how they would send it in the next couple of days & only sent it out when I repeatedly demanded to be referred to the manager. It finally arrived from a private Canadian address with no Cake markings on the package.
oh, and they raised the prices in that shop by about 150% one night this winter without saying a peep. their prerogative, of course.

I haven't tried to cash out so no personal thoughts on that. They ARE prompt about crediting rakeback to the account and paid me promptly both of the times I won cash in their weekly Gold Card 500 promo.

Oh yeah, they explicitly admitted to me in writing (an email) that they can not find anyone to process their checks.

Although I have given Cake a hard time in the forums they did have a note in their store for 7-10 days previous to the store price increase saying they would go up.

Non-update, still waiting, was told over a week ago that a bank wire would be sent mid week last week. Still nothing and no e-mail from them since then.

This site is so ridiculous. Last night I was playing, and just before I completed the small blind there was a blip on the screen and the pot got split four ways. There was no action just a randomn chop. Then I was just playing before writing this and the screen froze up. Then it logged me out and will not let me log back in (basically saying that my email address and password don't exist). Normally I would freak out...but on this site this [censored] happens ALOT.

All software issues aside...Here is my major gripe. I have a written 8 mails in the last week ALL about the same thing...the fact that my chat doesnt work! NOT 1 reply. This [censored] hole will not be getting any more rake from me! I have written to support and to chris. So to sum up cake poker... WORST software ever ( no joke, ask ANY 1) Customer support absolutely NON-existent. Not to mention that when it comes to withdrawing $$$ .... all I can say about that is GOOD LUCK!!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!!!!!
