there is about a 0% chance this is a chop, the only chance would be something like A2s counterfeited on the turn. 67, very rarely, but this is a lot of crap like pair + straight draws. From the flop action it looks like hero has a big pair, and the villain betting so much on the turn seems like he wants to move hero off his hand.

I just want to point out this is pretty bad thinking. From villains POV, hero either folds to the ace w/77-KK and might call with AA. So he's just pushing now because of the Ace. Also he might be hoping that hero has AA and is just trying to get AI now instead of being sucked out on w/his 67 or 2. For that reason I think this is 67 a lot more than a chop or a set.
