hoppscot22,

I'll give you 2-1 that over a 600 hour stretch you don't make $60 an hour in that game. You have 1/2 a year to complete your task, and we have to wager enough to make it worth it for me to move to Minneapolis for six months.

I am making about 45 an hr since september in this game with more than 600 hrs played, and I would be suprised if anyone who has a sample my size has made any more than me. I also have not had more than a 150 bb downswing in this period, so I am probably even running hot.

agreed. the 15/30 game is as juicy as it gets. calling it a joke is a good description. i was wondering if it was this bad everywhere or if we are just blessed to have canterbury. the 30 game used to be soooo good but lately its been tougher. i remember grinding 8/16. people call it unbeatable bc its so bad lol. lets call it a good "long term game" haha.

Who are you? How many hour have you logged in the 15? How many other 15s have you played in that you would not consider a joke? Its obvious that the game is soft, it is a live 15 game. I will say that for either the 15 or the 30 I would take the best regular players in either game over the best regular players in any other 15 or 30 game in the entire country.

Id honestly rather not say as weird as that sounds, in case they read this thread. I play in that game on occassion and use the same board name as sn here. Id hate to be in a situation where an opponent thought could use my respect for their game against me. If you have put in some hours in that game we probably share similar opinions on who the better players are.

i have put in quite a few hours in that game... i dont mind discussing who i think the top players are, but then again i mostly play in the 30 game for fun and entertainment value, so i can see why you would want to refrain from that

i played a lot over winter break (in college in wisconsin, actually be back this weekend the 11th-13th and ill probably put in like 20 hours at the 30 game so say hi to me if any of you are there, 20 year old, john is my name)

One memorable game over break was shorthanded and played all night long (i left at like 10 am). This is not a dream line up for money making (IMO... it isnt bad, but there are definitely better 30 games going usually EV wise), but it was by far the most entertaining poker game i have ever been in.

2 seat: OB
3 seat: DMark
6 seat: Scotty (younger kid)
7 seat: Keith
8 seat: Me

OB was in a very jovial mood and Dmark is always fun to play with as is keith and scotty is just scotty... god that was fun.
Wish i didnt go to school so far away from the park.

That would be an entertaining game. And I will say that I would sit in that game and consider myself a favorite. The games can way better than the lineup you described and they can be way worse.

My last round of 8/16 ended with this hand;

1 limp to me OTB w/ A9cc, I raise, call, call, call

Flop
JcQxKc

Check to me, I bet, 2 calls

Turn
JcQxKc8x
Check to me, I bet, call

River
JcQxKc8x3x
Check, I bet, he calls and says "You're good" as he tables 66.

I get a rack and leave knowing I'm going to tilt off eeeeeeeeverything.
