Yes, my father did just talk to them and the reason his account was/is frozen is because he logged on while he is in the US. I guess Cdn accounts can't even log in from the US, I had no idea.

They said they won't unfreeze it until he gets back to Canada.

Just talked to VIP, they canceled my pending EFT and they said the best way to get your $ off NET is peer to peer transfer. She told me they currently do not have a bank processing for US accounts.

Can confirm what Beastmaster said. They are a bunch of fckers for not emailing everyone right now that this is the case. I would suggest everyone calls and cancels because the 2,5 days, 3 weeks, 2months whatever wait for an EFT is bullshiat.

They have no one to process these.

I already got a pm from someone needing help. Can anyone think of any possible way that someone can scam me if they are the ones sending me the money first??? If not, I'm ready to help.
