Ungood in the sense that it requires a physical drive to a place (impediment to impulsive fish), those office are often not 24 hours (impediment to drunken impulsive fish) and that many people will realize they are working out of the law when they are sending a wire or moneygram to some random in Costa Rica or Belize. Its better than nothing but there needs to be more seemlessnes to the process.
