Is it inconcievable that someone at Full Tilt is in on the scams? It is very suspicious that they ignore emails for just as long as it takes for the scammers to secure the money. Response time at Full Tilt hints towards their support team being understaffed or generally not treated to well. It isn't hard to imagine a disgruntled employee making something on the side.

Furthermore, if the money is from credit card fraud they have no problems taking back the money from out of the account of innocent third parties but if it doesn't affect their bottom line they just wave their hands into the air saying they can't do anything. This is at least suspicious.

They also say they are working with neteller. The $25,000 in this instance did not come from neteller.

I think Full Tilt should at least be freezing the accounts of the stolen money was transferred to. These guys need to forward information on the accounts and sites they received funds from so those accounts can be frozen also. It might take a while to clear up, but if it happened to be my account that was frozen, I'd be annoyed but I would also understand why. FT's lack of timely response is disgusting.

It's been a bad couple of days for them PR wise. It seems one of their pros, Roland de Woolfe, lent his account to Patrick Antonius. I'm gather this is not particularly rare at high stakes, but it is against the T+C and I would expect a sponsored pro to be held to a high standard of conduct.

I was wondering y woolfe was sitting at 60k nl with like 200k. If this is the way full tilt handles fraud then I think Id much rather play elsewhere. There responce and there responce time is a joke and they dont see mike they are handling this correctly.

I just want to add since there were some people who misread him: Stinger88 is super generous for offering money back to Skipolo.

What a terrible post to make

a. this happened before I knew he was the scammer

b. I intend to transfer at least some good portion of the 25k to Skip

better?

a. I wasn't implying you were in on it, I know you were tricked too and didn't know what was going on when you got the money.

b. That's very nice of you.

You post just came off as innappropriate to me, saying that you won money in the situation in the thread about the guy getting scammed. Like making it worse for him. If that's not what you intended then I apologize.

Where's FTPDoug or the other (the new one) guy from FTP at?
I have read every thread on this subject and I see no response from either of these two. I have been a regular on FTP since the PP ban of U.S. players. But, I am not so sure I want to deal with these guys going forward.

Please keep us informed of any progrees with your case Jared.

Also, Stinger88 that is a real standup thing to do. Makes me happy to see good people do good things.

im very sorry this happened to you skipolo, i just cashed out all my $ from full tilt and plan on not playing there ever again. i am just not comfortable having tenthousands of dollars on a site with such poor customer support. i would advice other players to do the same, there are plenty of good sites out there that actually care about the players.

Skip,

its not much help but The Hendon Mob have a forum and are sponsored by Full Tilt, so you might want to post some links to this there. If you want to get in touch with any of them direct pm me. Sorry to hear whats been going down, HSNL should seriously start a collection to pay for some vigilante justice...
