I then add on another $20, then add on another $10. This is to ensure I never have the opportunity to buy-in with a $50 bill, virtual or not. Gotta watch your own back.

Never heard the old $2 bill superstition.
I tip with $2 bills. I find them effective as conversation starters. Obviously i am going to stop now. I don't need any of that mother [censored] black cat broken mirror [censored] karma. Now I need to go find some salt and throw it over my shoulder. Ah [censored] it - I'm screwed anyhow.
