I knew there was something that was bugging me about stars that I can't remember. This is almost a no brainer, why on earth is the max buyin not the default? If someone wants to play with a short stack, they would enter that in on their own. The vast majority of people would just buy in with the max. It's such a PITA to change it manaully.

And since rakeback is not an option, I would like the fpp conversion to be better than what it is currently.

You should check out overcards.com and the software forum, there are AHK scripts that will rebuy all your tables in one click. The software forum is an amazing resource and you should definitely check it out.


Here are my suggestions:
1. Speed up the deal and the flop, turn, river etc
2. Add a double rebuy button for tournies
3. Default buyin 100bb. What is so hard about this?

Now that they added horse and razz, the main tourney lobby really needs a working "game type" column.

Now under game type it's sometimes the game, sometimes the amount, sometimes the speed..

They are way too convoluted. Sometimes you have the $ amount of the tourney, sometimes the game, sometimes nothing.

And then allow you to filter by game type (holdem, omaha) and then buyin amounts, and then tourney types (rebuy, turbo, etc..)

yes. more equitable FPP conversion for short-handed cash-game players would be nice.
If you play 3 or 4 handed a lot you REALLY get screwed on the FPP accumulation.
And 5 or 6 handed isn't really that hot either compared with 9-10 handed.


NLHE should be better as well. This could be partly accomplished by partial VPP's for pots raked less than $1 and the other part could be taken care of by making it more fair for 6-max tables (it appears there is significantly more NLHE 6-max action than full-ring).

4)Can I PLEASE change my avatar more than once a lifetime? Mine's a TV show I haven't watched in over two years, I just read the show is still on.
5)Micro/Low limits in HORSE/HOSE. I've never played HORSE/HOSE and have few hands played in the ORSE/OSE sections, but I'd love to play a little bit.

oh ya, I'm glad someone brought up the filters. I got sooo spoiled by party filters. It would awesome if stars added something similar.
