The worst pain ever

Either when I broke my knuckle by punching a TV screen or one of the times I had a really bad sunburn.

I don't think either was all that bad. I've heard passing kidney stones is HORRIBLE, and I'll probably have to do that someday due to the soda intake. ??

Appendicitis was the worst for me. No insurance so I laid in the fetal position for about 10 hours before dragging myself to the hospital. Surgery immediately. Catheter 6 hours after surgery. Another 6 hours later. God those hurt like a mofo too.
