I missed the flop action. What tipped Lee off that his hand might not be good?

Top 2 pair leads on the flop (looked like a small bet), gets 3 callers. Leads out again on the turn, 1 fold to Lee. So, he did have 1 to act behind him and 1st to act is betting aggressively. If it was me though, I prob would've raised flop & would've been stacked. NH Lee.
