Whatever, make it a pizza bagel, with or without soy cheese, put peanutbutter on it, or peanutbutter and jelly.

Try blackstrap molasses with tahini.

Oh yeah, falafel is vegan, so is cous cous, they are both delicious.

I would do it for free if it included prepared meals, as I am short on recipes / ideas for what to eat vegan style

I also think if you bother to cook you can make some really nice vegan meals. Like you can have thai green curry, either using quorn in place of chicken/pork or having it just with vegetables such as eggplant and shitaake mushrooms. It is really yummy.

[/ QUOTE ]

Quorn is not vegan.

I'd do it for $100K.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of Ethopian, Indian, and falafel, which is why my answer is only $27,000.

i'm not sure what my number is, but i think i'd turn down 100k without batting an eye. good question, i'll have to think about it.

the first thing i would do is budget for a world-class vegan chef and all of the food for an entire year. i don't know how much that would be.

[/ QUOTE ]

You don't really need to budget for the food as you would be buying food anyway. The vegan way would probably actually wotk out cheaper??

[/ QUOTE ]

I figure I'd probably save $5K a year in food. This figured into my answer.
