And I'd say 50% or more of 2+2 has cheated in some form or another..

You must be a child yourself who is jealous of other people who can stand up and face their problems as you have no logical reasoning for any of this besides the fact you are upset someone is better at a game than you. Which I know you will say he is only " a good cheat" but it has already been proven his major win on stars was not done with cheating.

At the end of the day it's a poker strategy forum. ZeeJustin is a very strong poster and in posting he is doing a lot more teaching than learning. I don't see the point in not letting him post, that is bad for all of us. There are a lot of very strong posters and players I feel I would likely not have a lot in common with in terms of morals, values, ideals, and so on, but the fact that I might not imagine I would get along with them in person doesn't stop me from wanting to learn from them. That might be selfish, but really, are we not all here to improve our poker game?

With regards to ZJ posting under his old screen name:

I'm not quite as wise as I'd like to be, but I'd encourage him to post under his old name, and I'd encourage our community to minimize how much they dwell on his past mistakes. I'm pretty sure that this is the best course of action, on a philosophical level.

zeebo,

All of the sickening justifications for the actions of cheaters revolve around BS arguments that there are worse ones out there. And the reason I'm still on him on this is the "sort of" aspect you mention and his refusal to just take full responsibility, and think that nonetheless he should be accepted here without having done so.

I guess by the reasoning of yourself and others, that Amarillo Slim is still an OK guy because he probably only got his granddaughter to feel his boner through his pants when other perverts went all the way.

There really isn't any "gray area" to this. Either you are an honest player or you're not. Either you take full responsibility for your actions without BS partial justifications or you don't. Either you choose to remain friends with other known cheats or you don't (ending a friendship with other cheats is a decent alternative to ratting them out).

i agree with some of what you were saying in the original post but this is still a pisspoor attemt at an arguement

I think if there were other big multis he could have played he would have joined those instead of multi-accounted. I never thought it was as awful as some made it out to be.

I can understand not wanting to interact with him, but no one is forcing you to respond to his posts. Just ignore him. I don't think him posting is worth getting worked up about.

There is a simple solution to cure your distress. It's called the ignore feature. Use it. Love it.

Of course, I know you won't. You enjoy being outraged.

As far as I am concerned he did the crime and paid the punishment. Questions as to his rehabilitation will be answered by his future actions.

As I look at it it seems ZJ has the numbing effect of time on his side now. People are 'done' with the whole issue, wanting 'to get on with it', giving 'the guy a break'. It always seems that as time passes, the initial anger fades, and we get frustrated/bored with the whole unstirrable issue(who or what keeps an issue unstirrable though?)As time passes original point of views get grayed out until they vanish in mid air all together . Just human nature as it seems.

Personally i object against this process, be it with ZJ or anyone else. It solves nothing.
