Yugo why is my question being ignored?

Thanks,
Lonely in Waco

[/ QUOTE ]

I think I have by now.

I'm answering them in order.

I'm multi windowing the questions and if I go any faster my responses will be extremely lame "yes" or "no."

Btw, I think bones used to live in waco....and I was always worried he'd start bombing stuff or whatever.

So my general response to anything you will ask is:

DON'T GO BOMBING STUFF!!!

Default Big stack Strategy

Hello Yugo and congrats.

Well I have a question on how to play a big stack with ( for example 6 handed )

Say you have 3800+, second stack has 2500 , then 2000 2000 etc.

Say blinds are at 100 or 150.

Do you change your strategy here ? Do you raise more hands ?
Do you make the same type of raise ( about 3 BB ) or little raise ? ( about 2 BB )

I ask that because I think I don't play well when I have a big stack, I am in the main part, waiting a good spot.

( Obv I steal blinds like a maniac near to the bubble ... )

Yugo-

I believe that you once told me that your mom was a newspaper columnist when you were growing up and much of her writing was about little Yugo. Do you have any links? I'd love to know what you used to yell before you knew the phrase, "Shipithollabitches!"

Your profile says you are an advertising executive. What do you exectuively advertise?

[/ QUOTE ]

I work for Campbell Mithun in their Irvine office (HQ is in MN, ask me sometime about how corporate MN is so different from corporate CA).

Our main account in Irvine is Verizon Wireless. We handle all of their advertising for the west area (Hawaii, wash, ca, nv, some other crappy states) that doesn't involve TV.

Most of the stuff you see in stores, on billboards, are handed or whatever we have produced.

I specifically handle all B2B (business to business....like when Verizon pitches boeing or costco or employees of places) collateral...the stuff they use to begin and close sales. Not business journal ads, although I am familiar with everything we basically do b/c I'm so awesome.

I'm very effecient at my job and am pretty completely sure my client is the happiest client in the Verizon Wireless marketing/communcations department (we each have a different client or client(s) who we work on projects with). Part of this is b/c she doesn't completely suck at life....part is b/c I don't let her suck at life.

You basically don't need to meet me in person then...unless you want to talk to someone with depth, good engrirish, and play bball with someone you have a chance of competing with .

I should email him about coaching/stand ins.....I think I'd be v good for him .

Have you ever folded KK preflop in a SNG with a buyin of no more than 200?

[/ QUOTE ]

No of course not.

Although if I had it would be on the bubble and it would have been the correct play and I would have forgotten about it the next day.

PS This applies to all buyins I've ever played and any form of poker so far...

Yugo,

What is the best way to play HU poker (deep stack)? Should one sit back and wait to counter or begin by raising and c-betting the [censored] outta his opponent?

Indy

[/ QUOTE ]

You tell me, you are teh HU shizzy!

I like to a fairly standard raise many hands/complete most of the rest/not call too many substantial raises until I have an idea of what kind of player I'm up against. Essentially I sit back but sometimes will do cbetting/overly aggro nonsense too if the dudes picture is a kid or pet, .

In other words, I play completely differently than duece/raptor/ursher/etc.
