Get on a treadmill, shower, mix in a salad, walk a little bit (maybe to re-buy), drink some water, etc. etc. etc.... What can I do about it? "Yes, you stink. Floor, table change!"

I have nothing against fat people, let them eat all they want, its their life. But as soon as you are a bother to the public, you go over the line.
Why must we all move, get all tight, and play uncomfortably just because you feel like playing? Don't be selfish. If a nice guy want to a join table, apologizes that he is making everyone move, and doesn't act like a dick about it, fine.... But WTF... some people who are extremely overweight/smelly. Come to the table, tell the guy next to him to move in a rude manner, and then gives a look to everyone like "go [censored] yourselves"
