So, where should you start? Remember, you want to obtain the maximum bonus at each site, and unfortunately most sites require a deposit of more than $100 to receive such a bonus. However, there are a few exceptions to this, namely some of the Cryptologic sites (Interpoker, Poker Plex, Carribean Sun and Will Hill). The bonuses offered at these sites are as follows:

Interpoker -> $90 for $90 bonus - 450 raked hands
Poker Plex -> $50 bonus - 300 raked hands
Caribbean Sun -> $40 bonus - 250 raked hands
William Hill -> $25 bonus - 5 hrs of play

Homer: If I may add this. I think it's important for new players to understand this.

***An Important note about Cryptologic (Interpoker, PokerPlex, etc.) poker-rooms.

Before cashing out: you FIRST will need to request a PIN no. (and receive it via snail mai)l for EACH individual poker-room before you can cash out from each. The reason being is that during the cashout process, this PIN no. is needed before you can request the cashout at these sites. All of the above sites use the same transaction system, ECash Direct Limited; unfortunately, the PIN no. you receive for let’s say Interpoker will not work on PokerPlex, even though these sites are part of the same network and use the same transaction system. What’s worse, the PIN no., since it’s mailed from the UK, takes about 5-10 business days to reach here.

The good news though is that you need to request the PIN no. only ONCE.

Great post. Thanks a lot. This will really help since I've been trying to figure out how to build my bank roll.

Anyways Im a noob to twoplustwo but not to poker. Ive been playin for about 2 years now but finally decided I want to build a decent bank roll and play some more consistent poker even if that means I have to go to lower limits.

I had a couple questions for you guys

What is the difference between a regular poker room and a crypto poker room?

And where can I look to find information about poker tracker and how to use it to make my game better?

Thanks a lot for your help

Cryptologic is a company that operates poker room network.
Several poker sites feed into that network (InterPoker, PokerPlex, Caribbean Sun, William Hill, etc). If you go to and of these poker sites, you are sitting at the same tables with the same players.

All of the Cryptologic sites offer bonuses monthly if you play a certain amount of hands or a certain amount of time.

Actually, you don't need to do anything to request it, it will just (eventually) show up. The important thing is to just go sign up for them right away, even before you plan on playing them. If you're on a limited BR and can't afford to have your money tied up for a while, sign up at all of them and wait to get your PIN before playing.

Interpoker you need to deposit $90.

All the other Crypto poker bonuses are no-deposit required, just a kickback after playing enough hands, so you could make a minimum deposit (if that is necessary to get a PIN) then top up your account after the PIN comes so you can actually play.

If you are doing associated casino bonuses also, William Hill requires a $40 deposit, Sands (associated with Carib Sun) requires $334 for a $100 bonus.

Thanks for a great post. Just an FYI, Pacific Poker is giving new accounts a $10 bonus without a deposit. I created an account there over the weekend and this morning there was an email and $10 in there.

FYI - Interpoker will send you a PIN number if you don't deposit but win Freeroll money instead (or win money in other promotions). I would assume the other Crypto sites are the same.
