Have to agree. I was gonna post the British, but out of those, the Scots are definitely tough as Bruce "I'm Hard" Lee.

The English are pretty tough, but more deep down resilient/stubborn/leave-me-alone-we'll-be-fine-otherwise-say-goodbye tough.

Might be a combo of Russian, Irish, Scottish, and British. Boxing has shown that these guys can take tremendous beatings at the hands of Black and Latino fighters.

If we’re just looking after the odd random mean street feck-em-all madness, I nominate certain neighbourhoods in Glasgow and Liverpool. Honourable mention to north Dublin before the Celtic Tiger and any block that produced a member of the SAS or the French Foreign Legion.
