Obv it's a bad idea to play at an unlucky table. Also buy in short if you're on a downswing to make your downswings smaller.

You guys who learned PLO - how did you do it? The PLO forum here is teh suck. Is there a good website or anything on it?

I mean ,I know starting hands and I know you need to use 2 cards so I guess I'm an Omaha expert already.

i read the chapter from Super System, messed around with some numbers on twodimes and just mix in some omaha with hold em every now and then. Its a really fun game, especially if you really like to gamble and dont mind variance so much. you can do a decent job of avoiding any sick swings though, the games are really soft (up to 200pl at least) -- i just like to play it more aggro than most of the other players.

how many hands would it take a supernova to clear 20K VPPs at 200NL?

Well VPPs clear the same no matter what level you are I believe.

I think around 35-40k hands.
