way to "unpush" the bet: get the three panel members to each assign a probability of each player winning (they should each do this indepdendently as to their opinion of the chance that G2CU won $10k) and then find the average of the three numbers.
loser should then pay the winner the calculated EV.

Any other decision by the panel actually undermines the validity of leaving it to an impartial panel to decide. This was a very narrow bet in its terms and the panel made what looks like a good decision. Well played all participants. I'm still bummed that no livestock or shipit tshirts were exchanged though.
