Yep, 5 goals and Miller has to stand on his head and we can't have penalties. It's a parlay but I guess possible.

To be honest though I don't know how I feel about our chances in the finals with this health if by some miracle they do pull it off tonight.

Remember when Fitzpatrick was the "just don't screw it up" guy? Now he's like one of our top guys - fantastic.

Well, WGR just reported McKee isn't even going to travel down now, so that's out.

Lydman/Fitzpatrick
Campbell/Janik
Paetsch/Jillson

Millertime is tonight.

They key will be to eliminate penalties like the did the last game. Seems like the only time Carolina really scores in the series is on the man advantage. Couple that with McKee, arguably your best penalty killer out, its even more neccessary to stay out of the box.

I really think this team will be ready to go tonight. Its a game 7, do or die, Miller has already faced a game where if he goes bad, it could cost his team their season. Lets see how Cam Ward does with the Canes season on the line. I'll take Miller all day long.

Im definitely not excited about McKee not being in the lineup but those guys will be ready.

How bout a rookie in Paetsch making his NHL Playoff debut in a game 7 of the ECF? Talk about nerves, dont throw up too much bro you might get dehydrated.

Im betting that the Lydman/Fitx and Cambell/Janik pairings carry the bulk of the ice time. I look for 30+ minutes out of Campbell and Lydamn between PP and Penalty killing situations.

This is one of those games you play all season for, no one will be tired, and the Sabres have one of those guys in Drury that whether or not you belive in the "cluth", is a straight up balla when it gets to crunch time.

i JUST remembered i had some buffalo bets in and had to track them down.

i have them at +800 to win the east (500-4000) and +2200 to win the cup (250-5500). i then hear that they have like zero defensemen available [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

story of my life. rolling in +EV, but no money to show for it.

ROFL, now rumors are spinning about Connolly playing. He did travel with the team, and rumor has it he's been cleared for almost a week now, he's just a bit scared of getting hit again.

i think most disbelievers of 'clutchness' limit it to not beign a factor in baseball. sports where emotions play a HUGE factor, i am sure it exists to a measureable degree.
