It's obvious your manager has set the table. Just ask her to go out to dinner with you on Saturday night. Pick a place that's quiet and nice, but not fancy or too expensive. Then hope it's a pleasant night and go for a romantic walk.

Being nervous is perfectly normal. Just overcome your fear and insecurity. Pick up the phone and call her. Do not wait or put it off. Just do it.

Sitting at home and wondering what she's doing isn't gonna get you a date with her - the guy that's going up to her and striking conversations with her and making her giggle like a schoolgirl is gonna get a date with her.

Sure you're scared, but at some point you gotta suck it up and talk to her. When she sees that you're putting yourself out on the line for her, she'll probably think better of you.
