Good idea, I may watch Casino Royale after the kids go to sleep tonight.

They decided to watch Shark Tale and it just ended.

I am watching either Straw Dogs or Shakespeare in Love. What's everyone else doing tonight?

Great thread! Glad I found it.

I actually thought I was the only person in North America still watching The Apprentice. I'm not even sure why I watch it - I think it's mostly to laugh at the cartoon character that Trump has become. And also because I think I may be in love with his daughter. There. I admitted it.

Sorry, I have to say EWWWWWW. Half my problem with either Trump kid is the way their main function is to rubber stamp whatever Dad says. Also, I miss Caroline. The best reason to watch in previous years was to catch her occasional look of horror at what the cadidates were up to.

Spoiler in white if you haven't seen the last episode:

I love TIVO.

Tonight we watched the latest episode of Deadliest Catch on the Discovery Channel. Fishing for Kink Crab in the Bering sea out of Dutch Harbor Alaska.

OK, I know I am a bit of a redneck sometimes but I really like this show. These guys are nuts! This episode starts out with recovery of a crew from a boat that sank, One guy out of 4 is rescued alive, founf floating in the sea for almost an hour in his survival suit. They find two of his buddies but they were not in survival suits and were just floaters. They have to bring them up into the Coast Guard chopper and inside right next to the survivor for the ride back.

These guys battle rough seas dropping 800 to 1000 pound steel baskets and bringing them back up hopefully full of crab. They work 20+ hour shifts and stop to eat a little, maybe sleep a couple of hours and go back at it.

It is amazing watching what these quys go through to put crab legs on our tables!

This is at least our third season of Deadliest Catch and we really enjoy it too. Captain Sig is my favorite captain.

I think sometimes these people in the boardroom forget that everything they do is recorded.

It is impossible to fudge your way thru... honesty and getting it right the first time is so important.

Don't fall too far behind on LOST... I believe this week we get another Desmond episode... and likely more answers and questions

I'm caught up! Made it through the thread! I have to say they've done better at progressing the plot this season. Last year was incredibly frustrating and pretty much everyone but me in my house gave up on it.

(Hubby still watches with me, but his latest comment is he'll be ticked if they don't all go move into the Other's abandoned town.)

This last episode was just a mess. I can't imagine what they were thinking not preparing a speech for Trump. A couple of them looked scared to death. Frank really asserted himself this week. However, I think Trump sent home the wrong person.

Ah well, Jack. I think there are far more interesting characters than Jack.

[/ QUOTE ]

Which characters do you think are the most interesting?

[/ QUOTE ]

I think that Locke and his transformation from kind of a meager guy before the crash to a strong leader after makes him very intriguing. I am anxious to see where they take his story line. The story lines around him are always interesting, imo.

I already mentioned Juliet. I like her but do not know if I should.

Then there is Ben, who is a great antagonist and really want to know his story.
